Chopped Onions --1/2 cup
Crushed dried red chilly --1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder --1/4 tsp
Curry leaves --1spring
Oil --as req
Salt --as req
Method:
First wash the vendakka and cut off both the ends and then chop it to medium size pieces.
Then heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan and add chopped vendakka, chopped onions and curry leaves.
Fry for a few minutes, until lady’s finger turn crispy and light brown.
Add crushed red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well
Cook for 3 or 4 mins and remove from the flame
