Ginger small piece
Garlic 3 cloves
Green chilly 2 nos
Onion 2 small (big-1)
Curry leaves few
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Coconut milk 11/2 cup
Salt

Method:
Heat oil in a pan add ginger, garlic sort it, add onion, green chilly, curry leaves, salt.
When it transparent add boiled egg, add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder sort it.
Add garam masala, immediately add coconut milk.
Cook covered for about 10 minutes.
Add curry leaves remove from the flame.
