Vendakka/Ladies Finger Pollichuthu




1. Vendakka/Ladies Finger  10nos
2. Small Onion  6nos
3. Coconut milk(thick)  1cup
4. Curry leaves  a few
5. Red chilly powder  1tsp
6. Green chilly  2 nos
7. Oil  2tsp
8. salt
Preparation
First wash the vendakka and cut off both the ends and then chop it to medium size pieces
Put all the ingredients in a kadayi/chatti (including coconut milk) mix them properly.
Cook covered for about 20 minutes.
Do shake the kadayi occasionally
When the gravy become thinker remove from the flame (garnish with curry leaves)
