Beetroot curry




Beetroot                                 1 big
Onion                                     1nos small
Garlic                                     2 cloves
Fenugreek                              ½ tsp
Green chillie                           2 nos
Garlic                                     small piece
Lemon juice                           ½ lemon
Red chilly powder                  ½ tsp
Turmeric powder                  ¼ tsp
Salt
Water
Oil
Method:
Grind the fenugreek, green chillie, garlic, ginger and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan add onion, add grind mixture, sort it.
Add beetroot, then add turmeric powder sort it and fry for less than a minute add water,salt.
Cook covered for about 10 minutes. 
Add red chilly powder and then remove the flame after 5 minutes.
Last add lemon juice.
