Small onion -3 nos
Garlic -2 tsp
Ginger -2tsp
Curry leaves -2 spring
Red chilly powder -3 tbsp
Kudambuli/gambooge -6 small pieces
Coconut oil -3 tbsp
Water 1 ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp

Method:
Heat oil in a pan add small onion, curry leaves garlic and ginger sort it(keeping the fire low flame).
Add red chilly powder sort it suddenly add 3 tsp water sort it when it oil separate.
Add remained water and bring it to a boil add fish, kudambuli, and salt and boil in a high flame for about 5 minutes
Cook for about for about 20 minute in a low flame.
Do shake the chatti/ pan occasionally.
When the gravy become thinker add curry leaves remove from the flame
